Of these 40 million, 5 million will be for Ukrainian refugees in Moldova, while the remaining 35 million are earmarked for humanitarian projects in Ukraine. The aid will be used to repair buildings damaged by the bombings, ensure electricity and heating, and provide shelter to those most in need.
